Delivery info

We currently deliver to most of central Berlin. You can specify delivery instructions on the checkout page when you complete your order. Please ensure that you will be able to receive your meals and refrigerate it immediately upon receipt.

Delivery days

Mondays between 13:00-18:00 and Wednesdays between 11:00-16:00. We will let you know a more exact time window on the day of delivery. If you’re not able to receive orders between this time, please let us know in the special request at checkout or email us at hello[at]personalchefberlin.de

IMPORTANT: You or your housemate must be present at the time of delivery and store delivered meals in the refrigerator. We send a delivery notice/reminder on the day of delivery and call you if you don’t answer the bell.

In case of delivery failure during warm seasons, we will not leave food at the doorsteps for safety issues due to warm weather. It is your responsibility to ensure the delivery is received and store in the fridge. If delivery fails, we can schedule another delivery or you can pick up in Weißensee (13086).
